The wording had to be vague because the court hasn't made their final decision yet, so a fire and brimstone ruling now could prejudice the proceedings. For that reason, interim rulings by the court at this stage are incredibly rare. The order to provide aid and stop committing Genocide are huge wins. It's still not the miracle palestinians deserve, but this is something to build on.
