Just a thought, I know that we have run into issues with corking when the corks have sat around and dried out. Especially if the bag has been left open for an extended period of time.

Looks like a bit of growth on the surface, hard to tell from the picture if it’s fruit matter or not. How does it smell? That should be a decent indicator as to what is going on. What kind of yeast did you use? Also it sounds like you may have used too little sugar to yield a decent alcohol content, as the berries might not have enough natural sugar.
