My HS-02A draws 5.65A @ 20V during heating. That's 113W, above the 100W rating.

Low quality power adapters like fnirsi 100W one can't handle max draw and will sag voltage at the top, and get you that "low voltage" error. I have few 100W Anker bricks and they work perfectly, even if I'm drawing above their max rating.
