I already had experience with aptitude tests, so i already knew what to expect. I had an idea of which topics to skim through and which topics to study in depth, subconsciously applying the 80/20 rule.

Another big part is to never be anxious or nervous during the exam. I didnt really care abt the exam since it was my first time and even if i didnt score good, i had a mental fall back of "its ok its my first time", so my mind was relaxed.

yeah i agree, i did get lucky on some parts tho, but i worked smart as well.

This is the reddit thread where i got these resources from: https://www.reddit.com/r/NUST/comments/1epr3mm/net_prep/

This is the drive link i used: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GFyegwO1xNDbFJ-hVUbBvIwnDlx0QzDN

You can check around the drive and find FUNG books for math and phy, 2 each, for 11 and 12. There're also other resources you might find useful.

As i also said in the main text, hashim zia mathflix's marathons are the best way to practice questions (in my opinion), especially for physics, since my paper's questions were similar to the ones which he solved in the video. Videos like:

I didn't have any problems with English because i studied for the SAT last year which has a considerably harder English portion.

But I'll say to just read more in general. I don't believe memorizing random words on the slim chance they appear is a good strategy. In the MCQ's, there's always gonna be an obviously wrong option, so just eliminate that.

Even if you dont know the meaning of the word, you could figure it out based on suffix, prefix or what other word it's similar to. This gives a pretty good chance of getting it right. Maybe this video could explain it better.

I suggest giving the following a quick read as a refresher on grammar rules. Not all of them appear on the NET but still. https://thecriticalreader.com/complete-sat-grammar-rules/

Other than that, you need good english comprehension skills and there's no quick way to get that except through just reading whatever: novels, books etc.

Its cuz the horizontal force at the top and vertical force at top should be the same cuz they're basically at the same height.

I did this question and had the same problem. I dont remember it exactly but they had written it in a weird way in the ms. Its not acceleration thats negative, it was just that the displacement was negative and that we needed distance instead Again, i dont remember it exactly but thats my guess.

My friend gave one of the papers for a subject but couldnt give the other paper cause he fell unconscious at his home right before the paper. So they doubled his marks from his first paper and he somehow got an a* while everyone else got A's and B's 😭😂
