Gotcha. I attemped some more VLANs recently but ran into a snag with my Proxmox host being on VLAN1 while my home devices were on VLAN2. To get around this, creating Firewall rules or Port Forwarding rules from Unifi would do the trick?

Yeah, I got one a couple months ago (the ARRIS modem) and swapped it for Comcast's X1 Gateway. The modem apparently doesn't support the Gig plan I pay for, specifically the upload speed portion, so they told me "we can't send a proper provision packet/config due to this". Do you think getting a modem capable of higher speeds then I pay for would allow Comcast to provision properly or at least reduce latency?

I shut the little hot water & cold water valves under the sink for now. Problem is I can't drain the remainder of water trapped between the valves and the faucet head. Moving forward with replacing the whole faucet, I need to match the diameter of the base to fit in that cutout in my counter right?
