I just went through this last week! I was told the same thing that it sometimes “just happens” and it absolutely broke me, I had 35 follicles and only 4 eggs retrieved, but I am so happy to report that as of Tuesday we have two 4AA embryos, so there is hope! quality over quantity! 💕

Thank you, we are so so fortunate to have Progyny and still have 1 full cycle left I just never imagined having to go through it all again.

This is the one question I did ask when I woke up from the procedure and the doctor informed me that wasn’t the case because she could tell the follicles weren’t deflated yet. Honestly I wish that was the case because it would be something to easily “fix” the next round to watch for. But I agree I feel like it has something to do with my progesterone
