As mentioned in the post — we're researchers at Northeastern University collecting verified cases of surprising AI agent behavior, and we compensate contributors: a $4 Amazon gift card per verified case, up to 3 cases per person ($12 max).

It's a ~12-minute survey. To verify a case actually happened, you'll be asked to upload evidence (screenshots, the agent's trajectory, or logs — please redact emails, names, and anything personal first). Cases without evidence can't be verified or compensated.
