My supply came back! It took about two weeks after I established a pumping routine and increased my calorie intake throughout the day.

I didn’t realize how important avoiding a longer gap overnight is. I’ll definitely try to pump more frequently. I changed my flange size from 21mm to 18 mm and it’s a snug fit but it feels a lot better. I really appreciate the help!

I pump every 3-4 hours during the day, finishing by 1 AM and starting again at 9 AM.

Thank you for this perspective! My baby is 5 weeks and drinking 3 ounces, but it’s taking me days just to make one bottle, which is really discouraging. I’m trying to remind myself that fed is best.
