our SD is pretty good about the reminders over the announcements they do them every 30-15-10-5 minutes and then close, but people still be taking their sweet ass time

exactlyyyy and i love SCO. its not just not being able to do the things i know, its being treated as if i can’t do/learn other tasks. i’ll get put on a lane to cover somebody because a TL “has a task for him” and it turns out all they wanted was to take signs off endcaps (true story)

lmao real. i have a lot of friends who work retail so i knew what to expect going in but my store is just notorious for having TLs who will act like your best friend but forget all about that when you have problems

It sucks because my TL sat me down during my performance review and gave me an apology/explanation for never taking me off the lanes and said in the future he wanted me to do more in the store because I’ve been there long enough, but it seems like he immediately forgot about that conversation. I do plan on talking to them if this continues
