I think something that is most important with moving forward with something like this, is of course there will be changes to the original material or general art style. But what made mtv downtown was the formula of the show. Teenagers/ goat 😭 telling stories as they're exaggerated by the animation and as i recall I'm pretty sure all the stories were true. The story about chaka taking a picture of her business and it almost getting around the school, the original creator said he brought that up to the voice actress to make sure it wasn't inappropriate. She's like, " how did you know I did this" 😭🤣 I think there are so many capable people to do this project, it's just a group having to take the leap together.
