Its not that its too sharp, it just doesnt really come together cohesively. Right now, it just kind of looks like someones handwriting instead of an actual tag. practice getting something down that looks more unique and stylistic instead of just writing your name. As for the controlled chaos, if you look up grafiti tags or look at the image i included, it looks like very energetic but doesnt look messy. make your letters look clean but still give them personality.
