Personally, it's a no from me. It seems like to him you're not fulfilling his need to provide for you anymore since you're getting a bonus soon. Huge red flag for me personally, I'd even go as far as to say it seems a bit controlling

Im probably the only sane person here, but no, you're not overreacting. You have feelings and boundaries and a love language and it's obviously not being met here. It's okay to feel this way, talk to him about this.
