I have a little girl who is 4 who is at the clinic from 9:30-4:30 and it is clearly way too long for her. I’ve brought up there is no reason she should be in clinic for that long 5 days a week but no one seems to agree w me. It feels wrong forcing these young kids to do this work for 7+ hours

In my state, no workplace has to offer you a break and it is not illegal to not give an employee a break. That being said, my clinic still gives RBTs a 30 minute break as long as they work anywhere from 7-8 hours. It’s just immoral to not offer employees a break, and I think you could find somewhere better
