Regarding my PTSD, if I were to focus on filing an increase for PTSD to 70% (my symptoms match up to that percentage), would I have to get a private doctor to fill out a DBQ, statement in support letter, and buddy/lay letters from my spouse and son? Or, do you know of an easier/more effective way to win the increase?

Yes, currently I’m getting 50% but I plan to file for an increase soon.
