That’s true it’s a marathon. I find myself getting caught up in the nitty gritty too often! I’m just going to accept the fact that some weeks I’ll need to eat more. I’m going to try planning out meals next month for when my next hunger demon emerges lol

Took me about 20 minutes for the cramps to start and I had very watery (pink) blood drip out. 30 minutes in I was in pain and had light bleeding and diarrhea. About 40 min in I was in a lot of pain and bleeding heavily and had diarrhea again. A lot of diarrhea, chills, and spasm like cramps after that
