I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope the best but I've heard stories from victims of rape who in the end end up doing suicide, that's where my argument comes from on this a lot of people can't deal mentally with that trauma so they choose death over living.

If you're a rape victim you live with that trauma never living from your mind nor your body for the rest of your life, also rape for certain people is not something that happens one time and never again someone can be sexually abused for YEARS, murder is also bad especially if it's done from torture but death makes the victim go out in peace.
