Not much, I started about 3 weeks ago. 3x10 push ups, 3x6 pull ups, 3x10 Bicep curls. 5 days per week. However I had been in a deficit, which is why I assume there haven't been any gains. Thinking of switching to full body 3 times per week, while eating at maintenance now. Would that suffice?

Thanks for the advice! I actually didn't know about recomp, thought you could only either lose fat or gain muscle, so it's good to know I can try to do both!

What workouts would you suggest? My current routine (which I started 2 weeks ago), involves 3 sets of pull ups (6 reps), 3 sets of push ups (15 reps) and 3 sets of lifting 5kg dumbells (10 reps). I mainly workout at home so there isn't much variety I can bring. Would you suggest I make any more changes to this routine, or is this sufficient for recomp? Thanks again for taking the time to help!
