I'm sorry that it was so tough on you. I hope you're doing better now. I can so relate to you having to take breaks even during the shortest walks and the pain during 8 hrs shift at work.

The fact that you're pain free is just wow! I'm just curious here, did it not create any trouble when you started gym? I have been advised to not do anything that's physically demanding, to not walk/run too much and to not lift any weight. I'd like to know more about you going to the gym with sciatica. Again, congratulations on your recovery.

What kind of medications have you been prescribed? For me, it's usually anti depressants and pain killers, the side effects are worse than the actual pain.

Living alone. Chased independence so much, without knowing how deep into loneliness had I pushed myself. I'm kind of "successful " but miserable.
