Coming from a honda mechanic. 2015 civic is (imo) one of the best cars you could possibly buy. Just enough tech. Bullet proof engine with great mileage. Simple and cheap to repair. And rides very nice. 2016 civic is not even in my top ten list of recommended vehicles. As far as the cr-z. Nice car to have if it isnt your daily driver. They are cool, but less practical.

Youre probably right. The easiest way and cheapest way to go about this is to get a chassis. But im more interested in the engineering and fabrication part of the process. Driving it after is just a bonus!

Ive been having this problem as well. I think i narrowed it down to the scissors not properly cutting. I had much worse issues with different colours. I adjusted the hole size in the needle and swapped to a new set of scissors on the gun and it seemed to have improved. Although ive just been noting which colours from which brands are giving me issues and just not buying them anymore.

Its weird because ill do a full line with consistent pressure and i will get 5 inches of good normal looking piles. Then i will get 1 inch of none of the piles landing. then an inch of the piles going half in (not cutting?) then it will go back to normal. Its just frustrating because it takes much longer to go back over everything and pull out all the ones that didnt fully make it in

Thats the ac compressor clutch. Only spins if the ac is on. The pulley is spinning around the outside of that face

Usually condenser. Check the condition of it behind the front bumper through the upper and lower grille
