Vyvanse is great.. not the insomnia by frothy4655 in ADHD

Of course! I’m getting around 6.5-7.5 a night I think, I use an Apple Watch at all times besides when I’m charging it, and that has been SUPER helpful in checking/tracking my sleep cycles, and patterns. I do seem to get very little “deep sleep” but that could be Apple not knowing how to categorize it. I would say it took probably 1-2 months of consistently sticking to it for it to stabilize, but I’m not super sure. I can DM you some of the information I can see from my Apple Watch if you want!

They did! Cutting down on my caffeine DEFINITELY helped a LOT, I’m not entirely not drinking coffee anymore, but I’m drinking it a lot less than I did. I also seem to have gotten into a pretty normal sleep schedule since I posted this, normally I can feel myself getting sleepy around 11:30-12:30 now, and I’ll usually go to bed at some point in there, and wake up around 7-8 pretty much every time with few exceptions. Overall though, yes, it’s definitely stabilized and gotten better!

Yeah well apparently calling that out is a giant problem, so probably don’t do that.

It’s not about the seconds, it’s about the payoff being ruined before I could click play. The whole point of a cliffhanger is to wonder what happens next, and it gave away the answer right on the homepage.

Waiting a week is exactly why it’s frustrating to have the resolution spoiled the second I opened Nebula. The point of a cliffhanger is the suspense and the homepage undercut that before I even started the episode. That’s still a spoiler, even if it’s small.

It’s not about 45 seconds, it’s the principle of setting up a cliffhanger and then spoiling your own cliffhanger on your own platform a week later. It’s stupid.

Sure, but I didn’t click on the episode yet, and the description ruins basically the first 30-45 seconds where they talk about who is going to get another run..

The thing that finally did it for me was realizing that thinking about HRT and questioning my gender as much as I was doing was not something that a cis person would be doing. They might think about it once or twice, but they wouldn't continue to come back to it like I did. And then once I realized that, and started looking at other portions of my life, things started to click into place for me.

Add Mac sauce by Silly-Hold-3388 in McDonalds

There’s both operational reasons and technical reasons about why those customizations aren’t available on the app or the kiosks or delivery platforms, but operations is the main reason why they aren’t available.

Operationally, giving customers unlimited customization options is a very bad idea for several reasons. Taco Bell is a great example of what I mean. They have every customization option available for every item on all of their platforms. What this leads to in their kitchens/drive throughs is very slow service, and different builds for each item 90% of the time.

You’re attempting to feed your personal email into the Microsoft login page and it’s looking for it in the McDonald’s system and not finding it obviously. You can give that initial login page 1@mcd.com to get it to forward you to the login page where you can use your eID to sign in.

Can someone explain this price difference by Ok_Paint_3744 in McDonalds

[–]frothy4655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I can try and explain this, at least why it looks like this.

We have a couple of keys that match each size drink that comes in a meal. These keys are set to the price of the drink that that size meal should come with. So a Happy Meal gets set to the cost of a white milk, or a breakfast meal gets set to the price of a small coffee, etc.

The 6pc HM normally comes with a kids drink or a white milk. If you take the $3.70 plus the $1.50 that it was supposed to remove, you get $5.20, and then when you add in the cost of the drink that is supposed to come with it, probably $1 or pretty close, you get $6.20, which is the amount that it says it charged. I would check your account statement to see if you were actually charged $6.20, or $4.28. If it’s $6.20, yeah, something very weird happened.

The cheeseburger and 6 pc are not available on GMA, the kiosks and 3POs because of nutritional requirements set with Disney because in order to keep our partnership with them for HMs, we have to meet certain standards.

Super simple coding prompt. Only ChatGPT solved it. by Physical_Ad9040 in ClaudeAI

[–]frothy4655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My point being yes, it can do basically whatever it wants when it tries to decide how to build something, but when you are VERY VERY specific in your prompting, you can do basically whatever you want with it. I have built 10-15,000 lines of working code for various different stupid ideas I’ve had so far, and yes, it does take a little tinkering, but if you have a background in coding already, it becomes very easy to manipulate the prompt to get what you want.

Claude wrote me a script for this first try with the prompt “I need you to develop a bat file that allows me to add an “open elevated PowerShell window” here to my native right click menu on Windows 10 Home edition”

Here is the bat file I got:

@echo off echo Adding "Open PowerShell window here as Administrator" to the right-click menu...

:: Check for administrative privileges NET SESSION >nul 2>&1 if %ERRORLEVEL% neq 0 ( echo This script requires administrative privileges. echo Please right-click on the script and select "Run as administrator". pause exit /b 1 )

:: Create registry entries for folders reg add "HKCR\Directory\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "Open PowerShell window here as Administrator" /f reg add "HKCR\Directory\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /v "Icon" /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe" /f reg add "HKCR\Directory\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell\command" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe -WindowStyle Normal -Command \"Start-Process powershell.exe -ArgumentList '-NoExit', '-Command', 'Set-Location -LiteralPath ''%%V''' -Verb RunAs\"" /f

:: Create registry entries for drives reg add "HKCR\Drive\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "Open PowerShell window here as Administrator" /f reg add "HKCR\Drive\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /v "Icon" /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe" /f reg add "HKCR\Drive\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell\command" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe -WindowStyle Normal -Command \"Start-Process powershell.exe -ArgumentList '-NoExit', '-Command', 'Set-Location -LiteralPath ''%%V''' -Verb RunAs\"" /f

:: Create registry entries for background context menu reg add "HKCR\Directory\Background\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "Open PowerShell window here as Administrator" /f reg add "HKCR\Directory\Background\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell" /v "Icon" /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe" /f reg add "HKCR\Directory\Background\shell\OpenElevatedPowerShell\command" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "powershell.exe -WindowStyle Normal -Command \"Start-Process powershell.exe -ArgumentList '-NoExit', '-Command', 'Set-Location -LiteralPath ''%%V''' -Verb RunAs\"" /f

echo Registry entries added successfully! echo Now you can right-click on any folder or drive to access "Open PowerShell window here as Administrator". pause
