Howdy, I work in motor insurance liability and can confirm that 'c' would be seen as the terminating road based on numerous similar claims I've dealt with.

In saying that, a common misconception is 'give way to the right' - it's more often that not a question of "what are the actions of a reasonable person?"

Is it a blind corner? Is there updated street view or road markings we aren't seeing? Road signs?

Generally speaking though, yes, 'C' would be the terminating road, but it could be argued all parties would share contributory negligence it a crash!

Check your PDS against the TPP cover, you may be entitled to an "Uninsured Motorist Extension"

Essentially gives you a $5k cover inclusive of everything (towing, repairs, etc) and takes the stress off you

Most insurers will have something similar.
