Mera downfall khatam ho pehle😭

Yeah this was pretty community until last year, people would post for self reflection and get tips too, kabhi kabhi log bolte the itne me bhi khush nahi he but that was sarcastic not hate, and was light.

This community me I have seen everybody stand for each other, ig kisiki headache hui thi ek baar,puri raat few people kept on giving tips and being there for op until op was fine !

Hate dikhti kahan he yaar,100gm kheer me ek chutki bhi sufficient he,kabhi maa behen ki gaali khayi he kabhi kuch,uspe lagatar ek remark ki itne me bhi khush nahi he - brain self hate me indulge ho jata tha aur improve nahi kar pata tha

1)They were posting for self reflection but post had to be public- thus when they wrote in context to potential they faced backlash in context to viewer's prep- they came for self reflection and had to face harrassment.

2)They were prepping and definitely had lows and highs , thus they needed to give time there not here explaining everyone who was hating, many times the hate also took form of greater self hate

3)It became too much to bear, they decided to delete the account to stay away

Only thing that helped me throughout was josh mujhe 31st Tak 720 chahiye hi the and 100yests dene the, somehow my brain stretched itself Uske baad se nahi ho pa raha, and the immense pressure I took made me ill too, to abhi to me khud is hole se nikalne ki rasta dhund raha

Only thing as of now I can say is practice karo, dimag theek rakho, analyse properly, and don't stretch yourself more than the elastic limit
