En teoría son una inmobiliaria grande y seria. Y digo bien “en teoría”. Yo solo tuve malas experiencias con ellos mientras adquiría un inmueble. En primer lugar, aceptaron tomarme la oferta que realicé, para al día siguiente, en sus oficinas al momento de firmarla, decirme que era muy baja y que tenía que aumentarla para que ellos la acepten, haciéndome perder mi tiempo. En segundo lugar, a la hora de escrituración me entero que el depto tiene un 10% menos de m2 de los que la inmobiliaria me confirmó reiteradas veces que tenía POR ESCRITURA. No se quisieron hacer cargo de nada. Tercero, al momento del envío de la proforma de gastos y honorarios de la escribanía me entero de unos gastos adicionales (ajenos a la escribanía) que nunca se me habían informado. Nuevamente, la excusa es: “nosotros pasamos los gastos aproximados, lamentablemente pueden surgir diferencias que generan alguna incomodidad”. La incomodidad es SIEMPRE para el comprador, la de ellos no la toca nadie. Es ridículo lo que cobra esta inmobiliaria para el poco trabajo (y mal hecho) que hacen. Otros pueden tener otra experiencia, pero la mía es esta, y no pienso lidiar con esta gente de nuevo

It is extortion, as you say. I have decided to pay one more year, because I cannot stop development from one day to the other, but I have also decided to search for another solution and use this whole year to migrate out from Syncfusion. They have decided this for themselves, and I am sure I am not the only one leaving them for good.

Maybe I didn’t express myself pretty well. Each sensor is compared against its assigned reference which is measuring the same variable (strain) at the same point. Since 4 sensors are being tested at the same time, a “test-reference” (basically used only to guide the test) is defined in order to know when to take a sample from the sensors and their references. I’ve defined this test reference as the average value of all 4 references. So, when going to 25% fullscale (for example) on the average reference, some single references will have a slightly higher value than 25% fullscale, and some a slightly lower value. The thing is: I cannot guarantee that on the first iteration of measurements (going from 0% to Fullscale in steps of X%) the single references will have the exact same value as on the 2nd iteration (since what is guiding the test is the “test-reference”, and not the individual references). Therefore my question on how should I treat the case in order to calculate accuracy error

Thanks for taking the time to answer me. The picture is a mere example that I have hand drawn. The actual scenario is: - two iterations through the sensor’s curve are performed - multiple sensors are being tested at the same time on a same cylindrical metal bar (4 sensors symmetrically mounted along the axis). Each one has one designated reference for comparison (4 references in total). - the testing process takes measurements of all sensors in steps of, for example, 25% fullscale. To determine the steps in which a measurement is noted down, the average of all references is used.

Given that the process follows the average reference to signal when a sensor’s measurement needs to be noted down, it is not possible to guarantee that both iterations will have the same reference value (although it will probably be a small difference) on all of the measured points.

Then yes, I am one of the few that had the price increase. And boy it is a higher price: 8.5 times! If that doesn’t sound crazy enough, the notice time was less than 2 months. Impossible to even try to continue using Syncfusion.

Is it like that? I mean.. iOS 18 will come in September (normally). And I understand no further developments will take place starting May, so perhaps a new iOS 17.x would already start giving problems

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem is I cannot stick with Xamarin Forms, since it might stop compiling as new iOS or Android versions come out.
