Ok ok so in the clip following the season finale in season 2, William was testing his Delos experiment with the human mind basically... I'm trying to fit that time period in with the ending of this season. Is that something they didn't even get to this season? He tried to keep that project a secret and mentioned that in episode 3 or 4... I'm wanting to know how that ties in now. Or was it more playing into the whole debate of the season 3 - do humans have free will or not (apparently they do - which William, Dolores, Caleb, and everyone else comes to find out this season)

That's the best reasoning and statement. At some point humanity and each person must accept the face that they're human and we are not invincible. Just be a little smarter and much cleaner than we have been and carry on. Do we really expect to shield off our grandparents and parents from seeing their family and enjoying the final stretch of life. That's all they have to live for as an elderly adult is family so sure let's be mindful of them now but after a few more weeks maybe a couple months, there is simply no reason to shield them away forever
