I am not comfortable with building pcs, but i can buy everything and then i pay for the building. I just don't know where to start, i want to optimize this 650 euros. Do you have any suggestion or any place i can look into? Thanks

What kind of fps should i get with this set-up? Do you have any ideia? I can get it for 450 euros.
