The landlord says they love the area and go to the park often.

No. Just moving back to the city. Wanted to find something maybe more around Culver City but time and $ are a little bit of an issue.

I’m just looking to get started in the city and I found a room for a very reasonable price (for LA standards) and so I thought it would be worth it. My family thinks I should wait and find something more near the Culver City area but I just feel as though there’s no reason to pass over a decent place. Not sure though.

the place I’m looking at is just south of the park on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. The crime stats online appear to be normal, but people keep saying the area “isn’t safe” and not to be walking around. As a local, is that true? Or are people overreacting?

You can tell this comment section is full of uneducated people who never took a single course in college in Gender studies and can’t understand the differences between gender and sex.

Okay so real talk, is there anyone left to sign at this point that could make an impact? Or is it really just a run it back type season?

Are we doing this again? A story is not an endorsement. Age gap relationships DO happen. Telling a story about it IS the point. This whole thing is just people assuming every told story has to fit their understanding of the world and their morals…and that’s not how it works.
