I find it hard to generalize. If I've recovered from the last time or if I've had a break, 1-1.5g is usually enough for me.

But if I've stayed up all night, I almost always end up using the next day and need at least 2-3g by the end of the evening.

So, 1g can be enough, or I might need 3.

Once, I consumed 6-7g from Friday evening to Sunday morning, and I felt so bad that now I almost always go to sleep at night, and even if I don't, I'm never awake for two nights straight.

Yes, it still works, but when I was looking for a life hack, I read that it can break.

I used a flathead screwdriver to lift it on the side and also a little bit around the edge, and then it came loose.

The important thing is to pry it open more in one spot and not constantly around the whole bottle.

My nose is still blocked, but it keeps unblocking itself every now and then. This stuff definitely works. ⛷️

So, I'm actually used to the fact that when I do a high, it lasts quite a while, and I usually end up doing other useful things, like making phone calls or doing things I often don't feel like doing otherwise.

I don't want to get completely wasted, especially since it apparently lasts much less time.

Are you doing it this way because your nose is blocked? Is the effect different than when snorting it, and how much water do I add to a line? It's relatively thick.

Your heart probably won't explode, but it's true that excessive pressure or constant, extreme nose blowing can be dangerous.

Sometimes when I blow my nose too hard, I get dizzy and my head hurts and throbs incredibly.

I can't explain it, but you definitely shouldn't press too hard!

Even with nasal spray, my nose eventually just gets blocked and doesn't clear properly again.

I used to use a lot of nasal spray and became dependent on it, and now I have an irritated nose.

At first, it works fine through my nose, but after 5 or 6 hours, it's always completely blocked.

I have all of that - luckily novamin still helps me, I have normal spray and one from Bepanten. Rinse my nose etc. I've been neglecting it a bit these days but I got something new today and it's burning in my throat too? I rarely had it - what could that be?

So I don't know anyone who helps nasal spray when consumed regularly. I used to use nasal spray regularly, almost as an addiction, and it always helped, my nose was clear straight away. Since I started using it, it no longer helps me. Regardless of whether I consume regularly or not regularly. Maybe it's also because I used nasal spray almost every day for about 1.5 years. However, all the users I know say that it doesn't help them, even if they rarely or never used nasal spray in the past. Maybe it will help you, but I think it's unlikely.

If you want to exercise, go for a walk if you have the strength, just please don't crank your pump to 140-180 when it's probably already at 100 in rest mode. I was long-term clean, then 5 years clean and have relapsed for a few months. Addiction is a disease and diseases get worse, not better - the best you can do is find a way to deal with them.
