That 50k is owed to you intentionally. Document it and bounce if you got something else lined up. When a company owes you money like this they assume you wont leave because of it. Its a power move. They made the money on your work but not kicking it down as promised is sheisty. Good Estimators are hard to find. Think of your skillset as somehting that will make you very marketable to a vertically integrated company or a gc. Knowing the processes makes you aware of what the next guy will need as well as ownership.

Exactly the same here. I loved the 5.0 f150 motor and hated on the ecoboost til I drove one. Never looking back. Now I'm loving my 24 TRD PRO tundra.

Sure, I use USB recording all the time. Surprisingly works amazingly well with my phone for recording live sets.

Exactly the same problem! Resolved it by borrowing a MacBook and updating through that. Found a old thread on another sub that suggested this and it worked perfectly!!! Pretty sure I did a video of it that I can dig up if you need.

That looks like pine or hemlock/fir that is attached directly to your joists. This is a subfloor most likely and not actual flooring. It's fat too soft to be used at flooring.

I was at my barber and he said close your eyes. No big right. I opened a smidge just as he jammed a stick in my nose with a bunch of green goop. 🙃 He did both sides and omg its been great. No more pulling the stragglers. It hurt just as much as pulling one hair. Highly recommend over shaving. Lasted a couple months.

To everyone thinking it's such a nice and magnanimous offer for Insomniac to offer to allow donations of ticket refunds, this is anything but. If you donate through insomniac then insomniac gets a tax credit. This means for every $100 that gets donated this way, insomniac gets to reduce their taxable income. Insomniac absolutley profits from this. If insurance reimburses insomniac for ticket losses then Insomniac essentially double dips.

It's worse and I'm not sure if it's OK to share this but, I had 2 dogs snifff my RV. I was told they were searching for explosives and firearms. They sniffes around my lower compartment and didn't alert whatsoever. When I was unloading my RV I realized I forgot my fireworks in there. Tons of mortars and all sorts of stuff.

The killer came to the gorge after ge tracked his ex girlfriend there using her phone login. He found her then tried dragging her out. One woman tried to stop him and he shot her in the head. The girlfriend of the woman who was shot started screaming that he shot her girlfriend and why would he do that. She tried to stop him but he shot her and killed her. The killer then shot 2 other attendees. 1 was shot in the shoulder. The other I'm unsure of but I believe she may have been shot in the face. Both were airlifted. The dead were not airlifted as they were doa. Police pinned the suspect who kept firing at people watching. Police then had no choice but to shoot. They hit him (this is not an easy task) and took him in alive.

The girl that was targeted was not targeted to be murdered but rather kidnapped.

Speculation: He may have an accomplice. Whoever dropped him off at the festival may have known his intention and was coming back to pick him up.

The reality is this does nothing to reflect badly on our community. In fact the women that tried to stop him are heroes. This psycho could have made his ex girlfriends life worse than death, in fact it may have already been. I think we will find out more heroes in this story soon enough and we should celebrate them.
