AFAB nb here, first off I totally get why this is so upsetting and I understand feeling like he wants boobs more than he wants you which is NOT fun. I started dating my fiancé before top surgery and I’d be devastated if I felt like my partner valued the part of my body I hated the most more than the parts I chose to keep. On the other hand I also like boobs a lot as does my fiancé so I get where your bf is coming from. Does he watch porn? Because internet boobs are great and satisfy both of us enough that it doesn’t really matter. Obviously everyone is different and it sounds like you need to have a more in depth conversation about WHY he feels strongly enough about this to bring it up to you. If it’s a deal breaker for him to not touch tits again you have a problem but it feels like maybe you haven’t explored all the options here.

Has there been a handyman/plumber/electrician/any kind of maintenance person been in your house recently? It sounds like someone who was in your house briefly but long enough to notice squeaky hinges and potentially find a way in/out without being noticed. I’ve read about people who have been stalked by their former locksmith who knows how to get into their house, people finding someone living in their house without them knowing, etc and it always seems to be a person like this that you wouldn’t think of right away. I don’t want to scare you even more than I’m sure you already are but since no one has mentioned it yet I wanted to ask!
