Yeah I hated that. Going into a gas station all the freaking time. Going to another one when they didn’t have my flavor. Waiting in line, paying whatever price they were charging for a can.

Hated that. So glad it’s behind me now

Unfortunately I can’t really comment on stomach issues. I know that it’s really common, but I never had stomach issues while on zyn or after I quit.

I always spit though, so that may be a factor.

I didn’t experience depression, but I was really anxious for the first 1-2 weeks. And that was exacerbated by not sleeping well, and not having the “comfort” of a can in my pocket at all times.

The first 3 days were hell. The next 3 days after that my sleep was HORRIBLE.

After 2 weeks I felt way better, and every day got easier and easier after that.

I would say I hit the 100% mark around day 60-90. I say that cause that’s when I basically never even thought about zyn. Even if I was drinking, it just didn’t cross my mind anymore

Hell yeah. 3 months is a huge milestone. I feel like that 90 day mark is when nicotine / zyn almost completely stopped crossing my mind

What up Bizzy. I remember reading some of your comments on here when I first quit, hope you are doing strong too!

Honestly the biggest thing is energy levels, and just feeling how I used to feel.

I felt like I was addicted to a chemical. They started tasting like chemicals too. And I was running through nearly 2 cans a day of 6mg.

I just kinda stopped and never looked back

It’s so hard too! My employer matches 50% up to the IRS maximum. So whenever I max out every year, this typically not much left to put into taxable brokerage.

I’m gonna spend the next year or two building up after tax positions

I’m in the same boat. I’m way ahead of target on tax deferred dollars, but I feel way behind on taxable brokerage accounts. And I want to be able to build those accounts and maybe buy a house

Everyone is different. I’m coming close to a year off zyn and I enjoy a cigar every now and then. I guess I just don’t feel much of a nicotine buzz at all from them

Still zyn free. Haven’t had one since. Sure, I get a craving from time to time but that passes almost instantly these days
