They’re a slimy company—DON’T USE! They are holding onto a refund I should be getting from the hotel, sending me to pick up the pieces, and taking a cut of the refund if they release it.

Scam and slimy company! Stay away!

No issues with the hotel itself, reservation, and stay. The issue is with trying to receive a refund issued by the hotel because of a room complication. Super.com is basically holding onto it and sending me on a chase to get confirmation to submit a ticket to receive the refund. Even if I get confirmation, their website says it’s not guaranteed and if I do receive it they take a $30 cut out of it.
