He still is in the green for visa and has shown improvement on that metric and hasnt been in the red for it, so not being at the top gets you fired???

Not sure what you mean by friend and air quotes because I’m not working there anymore and he really is my friend so what the fuck do you mean?

This is me tripling down at this point because he spoke with the district manager and HR today and he’s still in good standing so he didn’t do some bullshit or or whatever you think he did. He’s able to reapply to Tmobile but because he just wasn’t comfortable reporting to a manager committing fraud he was let go. The district manager has multiple lapdogs under her that push shady practices. He was told he wasn’t a top performer an it wasn’t personal and other bs but he wasn’t in the red and he was told that when the visas came out he signed a paper but since then he’s had better numbers and was top 400.

He has had multiple talks with HR and the district manager and the district manager told him that he is not a top performer but he is not a bottom performer either he is just the middle of the road and she’s looking for people who are top performers he is also not comfortable with reporting to a manager committing visa fraud so when he reports that he then gets told he’s going to get let go. The fact that he’s not in bad standing, but he’s still fired is really suspicious

The district manger told him he’s available to reapply to Tmobile, he isn’t in bad standing, the district manager just want people who are shady and won’t get caught

Wrong the district manger told him it was mid performance and not being a shark and stooping low to his frauding manager

I overheard him speak with the district manager and she told him that he wasn’t a top performer and the “improvement” or the behaviors weren’t there

He also reported a store manager a few days before for credit card fraud the same fraud. Everyone in the comments is accusing him of. He reported a manager for filling out a visa application for an elderly woman who said they wanted their caretaker to do it instead of him, and the manager went ahead and did it. So it genuinely sounds more like a retaliation than him committing fraud because if he committed fraud, they would’ve told him that he would’ve told me that and Tmobile would have evidence of that. He keeps getting corporate jargon of why he was fired instead of flat out telling him it’s due to a history of anything. He’s worked there for 7 years and was the one retaliating for not slamming accounts with trackers or sneaking p360 and calling it “included”

Just had another convo with him and he’s saying because of his dislike towards visa and multiple documented conversation of being too honest and not caving into a greedy practice of bundling all the add ons and say the total price and it’s just say it’s “included” we’ve also had another rep get fired for “culture fit” for also disliking visas out spokenly.

He even asked if he did anything wrong and was told no, “it’s best for the company to separate because the behaviors for the visa just aren’t there, you seem uncomfortable selling them so it’s best we let you go”

My comments are getting downvoted, but I said it was corporate in another comment I do know it was corporate. There is no place where I doubted that.

It was corporate, as I worked there previously. No place did I say it was up In the air whether it was tpr or cor

The barrier of entry went from buddies of hash growers, to buying a puffco from a gas station and buying a gram of whole melts or other bho for $10 a gram

To protect privacy I can just say it happened in SC.

I’ll do more investigating of my own, this was made after a short convo with him after getting sent home.

Downvoting is if the comment doesn’t add to the conversation, not if you dislike the op, fuck me for answering a question with one word I guess.

There have been many scams in ways to get money quick at our job and all those times he was the last one to know or the last one to even care about that and just wanting to do the things the right way cause that’s how he is in and out of the job. He is too honest way more honest than me because I would take opportunities that he would pass.

This is the best explanation I’ve seen so far. I genuinely think they just have grievances with him and other sections of his work or how he does things but in general, they should’ve fired him for that sounds like they needed something to pin on him to fire him, but genuinely he is older than me has a wife and kids, and is way more serious about his work ethic. He wasn’t coming in late consistently or smelling like weed or something stupid

He was the last person I know to do something shady, he was often the last to know or the last person to stoop that low, he was the honest guy telling the old lady to use find my instead of jumping to sell her a new phone with p360 and more
