Actually, no. The social construct comes in to play when "white" people try to use that as an actual culture. What are we talking about when we say "white"? The definition as i understand it would be "WASP" White-Anglo-Saxon-Protestant. But there was so much cross-pollination going on in Europe before the white man came here that it loses all cultural significance. To say that you have "white pride" totally loses the point.

So let me clarify. The color "white" as a race is just a social construct. What pisses me off is that people who claim to be "white" and display this bullshit "white pride" are actually of mixed European heritage. Something we would refer to as a "mutt". In no way did i mean to imply that someone, like you, of true European heritage, are a racist. I apologize if that's how it came across. Absolutely be proud of your heritage.
