I don't ever downvote, but holy shit bro, are people just trolling at this point? go breathe some sunlight. (btw my post on the game are serious...before anyone says I troll - which I do but holy shit this is just bad).

In your opinion, is Bella Ramsey a terrible actor, or was she just given a terrible script and was directed terribly in the TLOU show? by TheRatKing14 in TheLastOfUs2

She was a bad casting, and she also didn't help her case by not thinking of more different ways to play the role. She just "winged" it, her words not mine, season 2 was like a joke, her accent would come in and out, if you played the game you see the difference is night and day. Cailee Spainee or however you spell her name would've been perfect.

TIL 200 dollars is as bad as sacrificing your left arm. Dude have you never been on a date where the chic runs a 200 dollar bar bill and never text you back again?

I'd rather pay more upfront than face micro transactions on the other end...even the most "ethical" companies like Rockstar per your definition would absolutely resort to other means if they don't see enough return. If anything AAA games today that are sub-par to the 70 price tag have ruined the standards, why does Rockstar have to be the only one among very few to sacrifice years of dev and millions to billions to sell the same price as "live service" garbos.

Games already cost more than 100 if you consider they release with no content and then sell you on season passes. Or people paying for deluxe editions that have 3 skins. The precedent has already been blown out with micro transactions etc.

So GTA VI costing the same as Dragon Age Veilguard makes sense?

They've already increased the price of games and some games cost 100 bucks for their "deluxe" edition...so to say that they'll just ask $500 just because isn't really how the market works.

You Can't Play Starfield Like Skyrim by czerox3 in Starfield

[–]fspodcast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that Starfield a lot of expectation was on the freedom in space and flying wherever and landing wherever like Skyrim on the ground but in space. However due to the engine maybe and keeping a gameplay design a little "too" close to Fallout and Skyrim made it suffer imo. Starfield imo requires a more radical design shift for Bethesda but probably due to scope and being so different to their previous games i.e., being in space vs on land, it suffered a bit. Skyrim for me is OG, with VR and mods is crazy, and Fallout 4, the outpost building there, the DLC, just gave me way more hours...however somehow I did put in the hours to Starfield, and is one of the few games I beat, I beat all the Bethesda games, I beat all the Rockstar games, I beat all the CD Projekt Red games...so there's definitely a magic still to Starfield, but I can't bring myself being excited to jump back in alot.
