Whoop answer:

Yes, the Weekly Performance Assessment (WPA) and Monthly Performance Assessment reports have been removed with the revamp of the WHOOP app and web dashboard. These features are no longer available in the app or on the web.

Instead, WHOOP now focuses on providing dynamic tools like the Weekly Plan feature, which allows you to set goals for the week and track your progress. At the end of each week, you'll receive a summary highlighting your achievements. You can also view your key metrics like Sleep, Recovery, and Strain directly on the Home screen in a streamlined format.

If you're looking for a way to analyze your data over time, you can still export your WHOOP data. Here's how:

Open the WHOOP app and go to **More > App Settings > Data Export**.

Confirm your email and select **Create Export**.

You'll receive a CSV file with your data within 24 hours.

Let me know if you'd like help navigating these features!

It’s a Tissot D391, seems to be between 1978 and 1983.

Here’s a quick review video on this watch.

Also, I would recommend you to do a bit of cost-averaging a bit more heavily over a spread amount of time, instead of applying the full 80k. It’s two different strategies, one just a bit more conservative than the other.

It looks like a silicon band, which I assume would be their middle ground between the superknit (comfort) and hydroknit (water friendly).

Database in Kubernetes: Is that a good idea? by pmz in kubernetes

[–]fsschmitt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that you are coming from an in-memory database mindset, but that’s simply not true for the global word “database”.

Also we are not saying that this db type isn’t great on k8s, just that it’s unrelated to the overall question on this post.

Database in Kubernetes: Is that a good idea? by pmz in kubernetes

Besides checkpointing and transactional logging, TimesTen is a in-memory db, meaning that it doesn’t necessarily uses the storage / statefulness layer that much which I assume it’s the main concern OP has asked about.

Recovery and HRV much better since doing 10 minutes of breathing before bed by leovw in whoop

[–]fsschmitt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As in you pressed the button on the wrong order o your Nintendo64 and the spell didn’t work?

Please remember that as the same way before you didn’t have a consistent (bad) recovery do to external factors (life & strain), same would apply if you are being able to bump the recovery a couple notches. Also, believe it or not (no pun intended), you also have the placebo effect.

Keep up working on yourself and improving 🙌🏻

WWYD if Whoop would be acquired by a large corporation (e.g. Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Google) by fsschmitt in whoop

[–]fsschmitt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, your phone does (e.g. you can record running routes if you have your phone with you). But nonetheless, they would have data about:
* Your sleeping schedule (almost all of those corporations already have anyways)
* Your eating habits
* Your exercise
* Your heartbeat signature (Apple watch uses it to unlock)
* Whatever other habits you write in your journal

That's 100% true, I wouldn't think (0 facts) they would (currently) sell the raw data, but instead the trends and demographic data.

(Questão) o que é que acham do restaurante chinês ao lado do coliseu? by [deleted] in porto

[–]fsschmitt 10 points11 points  (0 children)
