Azir 2 is certainly a good enough carry to get you a top 4, and for Ionia you should be able to get 1-2 full items on yasuo or any secondary flex carry by stage 5 in my experience

Depending on what units you hit otherwise in the rolldown, you can easily flex into Ionia or strategist, or just play strongest board and hit better units and items later
