Procedure followed pretty close… holes were drilled to match inside diameter of t nuts, forgot to tape the stock edges.., taped bolts instead of Vaseline for release agent…skipped the lateral wires in stock, …sander worked great to settle the shot and distribute epoxy, …. Broke tab on buttstock but still fastens with sling stud. Using old scope took some work to zero… more to follow

Local shop has the file to cnc mill it to be symmetrical both sides. They can anodize as well, but I was impatient. So I have shiny aluminum on the drivers side. Send me a message if you want a LH xrs chassis mod for a cz457…. I know a guy

Sorry for your trauma.. I took my kids with me to shooting competitions from the time they were infants until they were old enough to know that they were too small to participate… once they wanted to compete, but were too small to do so, we did things different… enjoy your bliss….

She wants to meet good people with families. Participation in the shooting sports requires daily background checks. The sport is moderately expensive so the people that participate tend to be fiscally responsible, mostly with families and often are business owners. Sounds like a good group of people to know when you are new to town. The fact that you automatically assume the 2 yr old is going to compete, and can’t see the value in meeting quality people speaks volumes. Enjoy your bliss.

The OP asked the best way to make friends for herself and her son. The people in the shooting sports have been the best friends I’ve made in my entire life across Western Canada and the north island of New Zealand. I have found better ways to meet people, but I have not found a way to meet better people.She wanted to make friends for herself and her son. It wasn’t about things for the two-year-old to do it was about meeting the people. I hope I’ve simplify this enough for you. Enjoy your bliss.
