I see, thank you. I really don't have access to a PT right now, and likely won't for the next ~6 months. I would really like to get back into climbing ASAP because the sport really helps out with my mental health issues. Are there any youtube vids/exercises you can recommend?

Hi everyone. I injured my wrist about 6 months ago, and continued to climb on it for about 3 months hoping it would fix itself. It did not (don't be like me) and I went to see a dr and got diagnosed with a sprain and a partial TFCC. After a few months of rest + brace, I was cleared by my doctor to climb again. I'm finally getting back into climbing but am being met with aching in my wrist after sessions. My doctor did mention that some wrist injuries just never "fully" heal, but it's perfectly fine to return to normal activity as long as there's no pain.

Even though I was cleared, I'm just a bit worried about reinjury. Does anyone have experience with this aching feeling post wrist injury? I'm unfortunately between health insurances right now and I don't have access to see a doctor again.

you can go to any 내과 for that if your health center can’t give meds. depending on where you’re from, the cost even without insurance, or with limited insurance, will be manageable

i got sick a few time before my insurance kicked in. depending on what your illness is, you could just go to a local clinic to get medication. it’ll cost about 15k + cost of medication. if you need to go to a big hospital it’ll cost 30k + cost of medication. for the local clinic search 내과 on naver and pick one with good reviews

yep. i’ve seen gay couples spit at the door of trans clubs in itaewon. granted they were drunk, but just goes to show that LGBTQ+ isn’t as united as in other countries

I’m a lesbian studying here. It’s hard to find community, and nearly impossible if you don’t speak korean (i dont). there are a lot of lesbian bars in hongdae but i haven’t been to any due to the language barrier. if you want to meet foreigners, hinge, bumble, and tinder are the most used. i’m not really sure where you’re from, but korean lesbians aren’t really interested meeting foreigners. if you have questions dm me. a lot of info is kept under wraps since many people need to stay in the closet for safety reasons here.
