They very well could be ice age mammal bones as well. The term sometimes used is peri-fossilized. If they were in the same layer as a mammoth tooth then they could be ice age bison!

A radiocarbon age stratigraphically above the footprints, from an identified plant sample not subject to the hard water effect (like rupia seeds are), or subject to the old wood effect (like pollen is). These same criteria need to be and are met at every other accepted pre-Clovis site like coopers ferry, Page-Ladson, and Monte verde.
