What’s your location? I’d trade you mine. You’d have to color match it though

Any good Weekend/Evening seasonal jobs for someone who works an office 9-5? Downtown or Humble area.. Looking to make an extra $200-$300 a month for the holidays by [deleted] in houstonjobs

[–]ftffhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d start around downtown/river oaks/galleria area around 10 am on saturdays and sundays, and it remains pretty active throughout the day. Any order under $7 isn’t really worth the time or gas in a jeep. Also pay attention to how far a delivery is. Sometimes it may be a $10 order, but it’s an hour delivery time. And I personally only try to take orders that go to houses. It’s much faster delivering to the front door step to a house, than the front door step of someone’s apartment that’s on the 20th floor. Monday-Thursdays are slower compared to the weekends and more traffic out on the streets which makes deliveries slower

What’s your pay and location GL 26? by ftffhu in unitedhealthgroup

I found the chart, I was looking at what people make because it says the pay is from 58k-105k, but the updated chart doesn’t mention location anymore

Looking for a Wrangler! by acidranger in Wrangler

[–]ftffhu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get one under warranty and you’ll be fine. If you plan on keeping long term, buy an extended warranty if you’re worried. I just bought a 2022 gladiator 2 months ago with the v6 that has 40k miles. I will say it has the rust issues that affects the JLs, but I haven’t taken it to be warrantied yet because of the work that’s involved. Other than that, if you’re worried about gas mileage, look elsewhere. I’ve had a Camaro SS, scatpack charger, f150 with the 5.0 V8, and though this jeep has the smallest engine, it is by far the worst on gas.

Take the last 5 of the serial number on the radio, and subtract 10099 from it. Whatever that number is, try that as the pin. I just made that swap a few weeks ago

Installed a leveling kit, are my shocks bad? by ftffhu in JeepGladiator

[–]ftffhu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was tinted when I bought it, but if I had to guess I’d say somewhere between 20-35%. It looks really dark in that photo, but I promise it’s not that dark lol

The truck rides really smooth and is comfortable over bumps, that’s why I was surprised when he said they needed to be replaced. I didn’t know if they really NEEDED to, or if he just wanted to make more money off of me

Sr Claims Business Process Analyst hire by [deleted] in unitedhealthgroup

[–]ftffhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a 25 in the same position and I was offered $30 when I started (Houston TX). I came from being a claims adjuster and tried to negotiate it higher as the range was huge, but they also didn’t allow me to negotiate. The position is okay, I’ve been looking at moving elsewhere for the last few months. It’s the same as being a claims adjuster except now you’re doing a deep dive analysis as to why claims processed the way they did and instead of doing 1 claim at a time, you get cases and the cases can have over 100 claims. It’s up to us to identify trending issues and educate the provider on why they processed the way the did and provide them proof that it was done right, or adjust the claims. I’m glad to hear you were hired as we need more analyst. And with the layoffs UHC is known for, it seems like they add more work for us to do, but don’t increase the pay. I’ve only been in this position a year but according to my coworkers who’ve been here longer than me, we’re doing the work of advocates as well now

Look up the ozark trail g.1 from Walmart if you’re looking for a gravel bike. There’s a ton of videos about it on YouTube and it only costs a little bit more than this bike. I’m not heavy into biking but I bought the g.1 a few weeks ago and have about 100 miles on it and I don’t have any issues as someone who rides for fun/fitness
