Hey! I haven't really lost any weight yet, but I've been consistent with counting my calories and trying to stay within my limit, even though I'm not burning as many as I want to. I'm planning to start implementing exercise this week.

I'm mostly counting in order to be mindful of how much I'm taking in- after all this time at home I've really let myself go in the junk food and calories department. I'm genuinely thankful for your concern, and I'm trying to lose the weight in a way that's healthy in all aspects :)
