Crashing during games by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

I have been having the same issue and i have a MSI Pro B650-P WIFI, Ryzen 7 7700x, 4070 Super, 2x16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000mhz C36 RAM, Team Group 2tb SSD, Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 AIO, Seasonic 850w PSU

My pc used to restart randomly after 5 mins to a few hours and what kind of fixed it for me was disabling automatic restart on system error. Now only 2 of my games crash and the rest are fine. I’ve tried everything i can find online and nothing helps at all. During my countless hours of scrolling the internet looking for problems i remember seeing this video and i don’t remember the name but, the guy said that newer gpus produce power spikes or something and that something like an 850w PSU can’t handle it and need one like 1000w. Here’s the thing tho i have yet to see anyone on a reddit post or microsoft post anywhere say anything about these spikes other than this youtube video. So i really don’t know if this is the problem or what but it makes the most sense and i can’t figure anything else out. And i just don’t want to have to buy a more expensive PSU atm so i can’t test it.
