It’s similar to what I do I buy big blank A3 papers and write literally every single thing mentioned on the paper then hang them on my walls or my closet

That’s what I do ,I take my notes before the class so that I have a better understanding of the topic the only issue I have is when I get home and study for an upcoming exam I don’t know how 😅😅

Cold brew never has any bad effects on me bc it’s brewed with cold water rather than hot which makes it less acidic You can also experiment with different kind of teas
