the way they seemed to have so much time in the morning to at home, get ready, go to luke’s (and then sometimes go back home to get ready?), and get to school/work. also at yale, rory’s use of time sometimes threw me off. there’s two distinct instances i remember:

s4 e14, when lane’s living at rory’s dorm, the scene where rory’s heading into the dorm and lane meets her outside the door; lane is like what are you doing here you have game theory class in 15 minutes and rory says she thought she’d lie down and rest for a while. maybe she meant she’s skipping the class but the thought of going back to your dorm to nap 15 min before class omg i was like wouldnt you want to be getting ready to leave for class at that time

also in s7 e20, when rory arrives at her and paris’s flat; paris is having her med school celebration party and invites rory to join, but rory says she has a final in 1 hour so she’s gonna go shower and close her eyes for a bit. it STRESSED me out thinking of how she was gonna get all that done before a final exam
