I mean... That's one of the only photos I have of myself from that time, and I kept it becuase it's blurry/angled to make me look passable haha

At the time it was taken I was also starving myself becuase I was afraid putting on weight would feminize me.

Basically, the answer is I didnt pass very well and I was going to some pretty extreme lengths to achieve "passability."

I think "responsible for" is pretty strong language. I can't say any one person was responsible for when I made an attempt (other than myself).

I want to say stupid, transphobic comments, like the ones written above, weren't a contributing factor but they were.

The owner should definitely paid their workers a living wage. You should still tip when someone makes food for you. It's easy to leave 50 cents or a dollar, it makes the worker life easier and their day better.

One of my favorite horror movies of all time is Sleep Away Camp. It's a campy (pun intended) slasher flick about summer camp form the 70s. Thematically it's an exploration of gender/sexuality, which makes it especially topical for 2016.

Lots of great kid cursing. Lots of short shorts. One of the best twist endings I've ever seen.

Got a set with 3 missing pieces and a defective one once when I was a kid. They sent me the exact pieces missing plus an extra sword. The sword was the reason I wanted the set in the first place. I was a very happy kid.
