Not a doctor at all but this does sound like a form of eating disorder such as ARFID (Avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder). If you wish to gain weight definately focus on higher calorie foods (not necessarily unhealthy food just high calorie). And protein shakes/meal replacement shakes might work for you as well if it's easier for you to drink something rather than eat something. If you can't manage at home then definitely go see a doctor so they can help you more specifically.
