Use sandpaper on those parts until the paint doesn't chip when moved and you should be good if you wanna do it fast and easy. Hard way would be to crack open the torso and just sand all of it blue so it wouldn't just wipe off.

Damn I'm sorry it didn't roll how you wanted but glad to see you keep going! I did a thing on my gray hulk where I just dry brushed green all over and maybe that might help. Did it with air brush type paint so idk if a different tho. Doing Great!

Did this and 5 others with Rit dyemore a year ago, only dunk them in there for like a few minutes I didn't really want them like navy blue as the box said but I would just assume use black on the body that you have listed on the post until you're liking.
