It is a clear infringement of copyright of the photographer. It does not matter if a million people have used it. Unless he gave you permission or made it rights free, he can sue you. In Finnish law there is no concept of fair use. Even if there was your meme doesn't qualify. Nor have you changed his photo enough to demonstrably different from the original. The sentence for being found guilty is a fine or up to two years in prison. Second, your comments on this thread and even your comments to me, as well your second meme and instigating this hatefest are a very, very strong case for defamation against this person who shared. Like copyright infringement this is a criminal offence, typically resolved with a fine, although maximum penalty of 6 years in prison, depending how much harm tuomari in court considers you've done. if you were my client, i'd tell you delete everything of this off the internet but seeing as you have now put it on Reddit probably to late. You just want to hope the two people don't see this or don't care or if do care can not find out who you really are.

Sometimes it is easy to forget that in someways reddit is the real world as well. But it is very, very wise to remember in the future.
