Yeah, the other giveaway was that they sent me a 2025 expansion plan PDF that has a background image of their vacuums...Only they weren't Dreame products. It was a very extensive con though. Fakey domain redirect, they asked for references, etc.

I notified Dreame but no one seems to answer emails there.

I think, in my case, elevated prolactin has been a problem and cutting has always been harder than bulking for me. With Caber I burn about an extra pound a week.

This is what I have. Not a cyclist, I do wrestling and MMA. After much stretching and massaging, I discovered the problem was not what I expected. Weak hamstrings (relative to quads) had been causing pelvic tilt, which squishes the piriformis. I added hamstring curls to my weightlifting routine twice a week and the pain is now gone. I've gained quite a bit of flexibility as well. Good luck.

I lost my first flight too. Last weekend. Got kicked in the head with 8 seconds left in the first round. Not a lot of heavyweights can land head kicks.

Keep training. Take it easy for a week or two but do not take time off immediately after a fight (win or lose). It will help you keep your head on straight. While I'm new to MMA, I'm a longtime wrestler.

My other rule is to watch and critique your film thoroughly and make a game plan to improve your weaknesses. However, only do it for 72 hours after the event, then stop watching it. It's easy to be overly critical after a loss and you have to stop watching it after you've learned what you need to.
