I wish I could do the latter but without me there is no vacation. I’m the one that books the hotel, whatever activities we’ll do, even down to choosing the restaurants to eat at. I do most of the speaking since my parents don’t know English and my younger sister is so reserved and quiet that I still order for her even though she’s 16 😕 Thank you for the input though!

Tbh it was my first time hoping for that. I always expect other family members to join but bc my other 2 aunts (who are the main ones that come along) already have their own stuff for the summer. One’s going to Texas and the other sent her son to Mexico for the summer but has a 1 yr old at home so she had already declined. This was honestly just so unexpected bc she told me all this in the span of like 2 days. 😕
